NRS Rendevous

This gathering of people was born on the backs of our fantastic Longhunter Rendevous of 2020.  We had a such a great time, we thought we would make it an annual event.

In this particular winter rendezvous we have a friendly competition to work on your skills and to find which ones you need to work on.  There is always a great item given away to the person with the highest score.

There will be break out workshops, classes and discussions on topics related to the outdoors that may include:

  • Survival methodology
  • Land Navigation
  • Tracking
  • Nature Immersion
  • Wildlife Habitat Improvement
  • Hiking
  • Backpacking

There will be plenty of time to look at some old-school and modern gear.

The highlight of this event is a trade blanket.  Bring stuff you make, or stuff you no longer want and trade it for something that meets your needs better.   Yes, cash is always an acceptable trade.

Follow this link for class normal practices and gear list suggestions/recommendations.

Choose Alumni from the Dropdown menu if you have taken a full weekend class with us anytime OR if you are a purchaser of the Shemanese knife designed by NRS Director Craig Caudill and built by LT Wright Handcrafted Knives

Once your register and pay for the class you will receive an automatic email with location and other important info.  To ensure you don't miss it, be sure to add info@naturereliance.org to your email sender list and/or look in your spam folder for an email titled:  "Important Nature Reliance School Class Info"
