Instructor — Wilderness Skills, Tracking, and Nature Awareness
Dave Robinson has been an instructor with Nature Reliance School since 2018, sharing his passion for the outdoors and hands-on skills with students of all levels. As a Kentucky Master Naturalist, Dave brings deep ecological knowledge and a strong commitment to fostering a meaningful connection with nature.
He is certified in Wilderness First Aid, Stop the Bleed, and American Red Cross First Aid, ensuring safety is always a top priority in his classes.
Dave enjoys teaching a wide range of NRS courses, including Survival 1–3, Land Navigation, Scout Tracker, Bushcraft, Primitive Skills, Nature Immersion, SERE, Ham Radio, Outdoor Cooking, Tactical Mantracking, Wilderness First Aid, and government training for first responders.
An avid tracker, slingshot enthusiast, and airgun aficionado, Dave blends traditional and modern skills in a way that is both practical and inspiring. Students appreciate his patient, encouraging approach and his ability to make each skill feel accessible and fun.
