His experience spans Survival, Land Navigation, Scout Tracker, Bushcraft, Primitive Skills, Nature Immersion, SERE, Ham Radio, Outdoor Cooking, Tactical Mantracking, Wilderness First Aid, and Disaster Preparedness. Students appreciate his calm, steady presence and his ability to make challenging concepts practical and accessible.

Clayton's expertise spans survival, tracking, navigation, disaster preparedness, and practical field skills. As a Kentucky Master Naturalist and Nationally Registered EMT, he brings together ecological knowledge, medical training, and hands-on survival experience to help students prepare for a wide range of situations.

He also holds a Personal Survival Solutions - Singleton Operator Certification, reflecting advanced skills in personal security and fieldcraft. Combined with numerous leadership training programs, this experience shapes his thoughtful and student-centered approach to instruction.
