Before proceeding with your purchase, we would like to bring your attention to our refund policy, as well as our policies regarding discounts and rescheduling. Please read the following information carefully:

Rescheduling: We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of two weeks' notice before the scheduled class date if you wish to reschedule. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and accommodate other students. If you provide the required notice, you can reschedule your class one time to a future date that is convenient for you, subject to availability. We want you in classes, so we will do all we can to make the reschedule happen.

Refunds: We regret to inform you that refunds for classes will not be given. Once you have purchased a class, it is considered a final sale. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we cannot provide refunds due to the nature of our courses and the massive amount of planning and resources required to facilitate each class.

Discounts: We value your loyalty and support and occasionally offer discounts on our classes. However, please note that discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per purchase. If you have multiple discounts or offers, please choose the one that provides the greatest benefit to you.

Class Cancellations: If, for some reason, we must cancel a class due to unsafe weather, driving conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will give you the option of refunding your money in full or move your fee to another class.
Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific alternative date. If you fail to provide the required notice or wish to reschedule more than once, we reserve the right to deny your request for rescheduling.

Organizing, planning and gathering resources for classes is a massive undertaking and changes at the last minute must be avoided to make the course successful.
